We do radioactive ISH on a regular basis using a protocole with riboprobes 
 and good sensibility (<1-2 day film expo, and 3d -2 week emulsion expo     
 depending on abundance). I've been asked to look into ways to quantify     
 ISH. From my experience quantifying from emulsions would be really         
 irreproducible, the best bet would be films. We working mostly on rodent   
 brains sometimes sagital slices of embryos or young pups. So we need a way 
 to finely delimit structures to measure signals in different tissues or    
 cell groups. Any suggestions, warnings or contacts?
