preparation of fixed, frozen tissue sections for IHC

From:Marcus Andrews

I'm going to be sectioning some frozen tissue, which was originallly
perfused with paraformaldehyde, with the intention of using these
sections for immunohistochemical staining. Normally, I would be using
parafin-embedded tissue for IHC; what other steps do I need to take
before adding my antibodies? I'm hoping that since the tissue was
originally perfused, all I need to do is thaw out the sections and
continue with my washing and antibody spotting.

Thanks for your help-

Marcus
