Thnak you to all who sent advice about using the cryostat. I decided not to 
be afraid of it and took the microtome out and cleaned it and reassembled it 
with some oil. It was obviously installed improperly before, now that it is 
back together it works great. I cut some nice unwrinkled 5um sections :)

If anyone has experience with ovarian tumours it would be good to contact 
you. I am wondering what tempurature to cut them at (although -19 yesterday 
seemed to work very nice) or anything else I might need to know. I am also 
wondering if anyone has any experience staining slides that won't be index 
matched. It is difficult to see good morphology without the cover slip.
