From:Lance Erickson

In an effort to restart/jumpstart the state society in Utah we have
come
up with a great program. It will be held August 8-9, 2003 at Primary
Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Seminars and
workshops include:

"Touched by a Medical Examiner" Edward A. Leis, M.D. Deputy Chief
Medical Examiner (Utah)
"Microwave Fixation and Processing Techniques for Histology" Steven
Slap
"Taking the ASCP Qualification in Immunohistochemistry Exam(QIHC)"
Patsy Ruegg
"Microtomy: The Melding of Art and Science" Jan Minshew
"The Tissue Array - The Future of Histology?" Thom Jensen
"Basic Tissue Gross Dissection and Description/Art of Autopsy" Lance

Vendor space is still available for those wishing to exhibit products
and services.

If you are interested in attending or want a program contact me. I
prefer to send via email as an attachment in Microsoft Word or Adobe
Acrobat .pdf format or fax. We do have printed programs as a last
resort. The program should also be available for download soon at
www.coloradohisto.org.
