Thanks to everyone who gave their opinion on autoclaving superfrost plus
slides- especially Cindy Tilton from Erie Scientific.  A few people
thought that autoclaving would ‘erase’ the coating, but the overwhelming
opinion was that it would be okay- indeed it appears that all of Erie
Scientific Company's slides are autoclavable.
