Slides for immunofluorescent staining
Superfrost Plus Charge work well. One can also use clean, superfrost
slides (uncoated) or PolySine - poly l lysine, commercially prepared
polyllysine slides. I would not use egg albumin slides for immunostaining
work of any sort. You do not have to prepare nor store the already coated
slides in a freezer.
Have used all for immunofluorescence on an both epifluorescence and
confocal laser scanning microscopes.
