Re: PAP stain

try putting about 0.5 grams of phosphotungstic in
300 mL of the EA-50.  We had this problem before and the phosphotungstic acid seemed to help.

Subject: PAP stain

Hi,
Are there anybody familiar with PAP stain? We found our stain is too read and little green colour on smear slide. Any help to solve this problem will be appreciated.
