I have also learned that sectioning RNAlater soaked tissues in a cryostat is 
impossible. Or is it? If somebody knows how to do this and still preserve 
RNA it would be appreciated.
I am also wondering if anyone could tell me where to buy slide boxes for 
storage at -80 in a regular lab freezer. To keep the head tech happy in our 
lab the freezer must be perfectly organized and my tupperware containers 
with regular slide boxes inside are not appreciated. :)
