RE: human specimen suppliers
Bio-options,Inc formerly Trigenics has human tissue paraffin blocks and
frozen tissue for sale. I do not know if they sell pre-cut slides. I was
able to get a particular tumor tissue that I was looking for.

Subject: human speciman suppliers
Hello,
I am a researcher for a pharmaceutical company, we localize diverse protein
and mRNA in mice and rat tissue samples. For a new project we must use
human tissue. I found some interesting arrays of human tissue
commercialized by Ambion. Has anybody used this successfully for
Immunohistochemistry or in situ hybridization? These size of the specimen
must be quite small in these microarrays (in the low density arrays they
put 50 on the same slide), in some cases we would be interested in bigger
specimens of particular organs. Also in the case of brain specimens, they
rarely specify what part of the brain. Does anybody have any other
suppliers?
here is the ambion link:

thanks again!
