We have been using Tamtron for 6 months and love it!  Currently I'm not aware of a cassette labeler that works with it; if anyone is, please let me know.  We do use the del sol printer to print specimen and slide labels.  We have 3 accession series:  C= cytology, S=surgical pathology and M=bone marrows (we don't do autopsies).  Of these accession series we have multiple case types for cytology:  gyn, fna and non-gyn.
