RE: Immunohistochemistry for BK Virus
Our PML/BK antibody is an in-house product. We run it on paraffin sections after HIER in citrate buffer. The slides are run on Ventana's ES or NEXES...I know there are commercial sources out there for the antibody but we've no need yet to investigate them. We have also done the stain successfully on ThinPreps.
