Correct me if I am wrong, but are these not all charged by CPT code or
doesn't everyone do that?  IHC CPT codes are 88342, not matter what the
antibody is, unless it is FISH or something like that.  I believe the global
charge for that CPT code is $70 and it includes the interpretation by the
Pathologists.

What are the various institutions out there charging for an IHC slide (per
antibody), and does this charge include the pathologist's time and expertise
