I usually re-orient my frozen skins by cutting around the bx. through the
OCT.  I then remount the skin (still frozen in a small chunk of OCT) into a
new block of OCT without it ever being thawed.  It is my opinion that
thawing and refreezing tissue is no conducive to good morphology.
