RE: Fetal/Newborn Mouse Brain Frozen Section

Michael,

Rapidly freezing and try cutting at a warmer temperature than you would normally use for other tissues.

Subject: Fetal/Newborn Mouse Brain Frozen Section

We are having some difficulties and any help is greatly appreciated...
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what type of approach we should use in
preparing newborn and/or fetal mice brains for frozen sectioning?

Thanks in advance.
