We had this problem, and, after validation, switched over all antibodies
that require high pH(Tris)) to an EDTA buffer. This resolved our problems
and the reactions are every bit as crisp and intense

Good Morning,

Is there anyone out there that has solved the problem of tissues falling off
when using high pH target retrieval?? Our pathologist is getting quite
upset with repeats to put it mildly.

Thanks for your help
