I'm looking for information regarding stains and techniques for measuring DNA 
content in cells of tissues processed in paraffin.  The two techniques I'm aware
of are flow cytometry and image analysis.  Are there any others?  Any other 
stains besides Feulgen and PI?  Any particularly new techniques I should know 
about that work well?
