Definitely not down sink. ( Depends which country you're in , I suppose,
tho) It's an organic solvent. Either collect for safe disposal via your
Safety Office or, if it' s
 relatively small amounts, evaporate off in the fume cabinet. Storage of
"OCT" -embedded tissues , wrapped in foil, in cryovials ( or self-sealing
bags) is good. -20C for short -term, -70C for long -term
