I have have many tissue samples which were flash frozen in LN2 without OCT. 
Does anyone know of a good way to section these tissues and perserve RNA? I 
suppose you would just put the already frozen tissue in OCT, but sometimes 
things are not as simple as they at first seem. Thanks for any help.
