Dear all how do I find the shelf life of the reagents I am using, take a 1% light green solution for instance, How long will that last. I would just keep using it till it stoped working but CAP wants me to document the indicated expiration date. So I am not going to be able to do this. Secondly I am intrested in "reactivity results" I am hoping this means test and document, and if it dose, do I have to keep the slide I used or can a writtent report work just as well.
