I found  your mention of pref-1 staining in muscle fibers in the histonet
archives (feb 2003), were you able to get good labeling in preadipocytes?
Do you have pictures to post in the image gallery? What antibody and
conditions did you find work best?

Does anyone have  a working protocole for pref-1 in mouse or rat adipose
tissue?
