Hi

Has anyone had any experience with p16 antibody. We have recently purchased p16 (clone G175-405) and I am having difficulty getting it to stain satisfactorily.  From my research it has been shown to work with antigen retrieval using citrate buffer pH6 and the pressure cooker.  I have noticed though that the catalogue number differs from the one quoted in the research papers (554070) and the one we have purchased (550834).  Have contacted Becton Dickinson and they inform me that 550834 has replaced 554070.

Can anyone help.
