Shirley,
I would suggest that you mount your cartilage frozen sections on
Instrumedics' adhesive coated slides.

Since you are using the CryoJane Tape-Transfer system, you have the
mechanism that permits you to  transfer the section to the adhesive coated
slide and then to polymerize the adhesive into a plastic layer.

Finally, the section is bonded to the plastic layer. No loss of section
occurs even in rigorous protocols!!
