hucker-conn gram stain

Hi there- I am having real problems with a gram stain I am unfamiliar with. It is the Hucker-Conn. (have previously done B&B and B&H) My supervisor and I have both been working on it, but are unable to get the crystal violet to decolorize. Any help would be greatly appreciated or a current procedure that someone is successfully using. Thanks so much!
