I am working with Collagen type 1 and 3 but having a hard time with the 
antibody staining for IHC.  Anybody worked with collagen in the RAT 
ligament?  Also if anybody has any idea about exposing the epitope in 
collagen.  What can I use, protocol, any suggestions at this point would be 
a blessing.
