Thanks to all who responded to the CAP water bath question.  Here's another one.

Is there a clear division of what General Laboratory CAP questions apply to Anatomic Pathology?  (Our lab is not associated directly with a clinical lab) I know the safety questions, personnel questions, LIS questions and certain specimen collection questions apply, but what about the rest?  They could relate to AP, but seem geared toward clinical lab.  Has anyone had any experience with an inspector who was definitive on this point, or is it as I fear, up to each individual inspector.
