RE: secondary antibody after ABC incubation?

From:"Wright, Barbara (DNAX)"

L. Garret,

If your primary was not conjugated with biotin then the avidin-biotin
complex did not bind to anything in your tissue. Rinse your slides well in
PBS (TBS) and proceed with your secondary antibody.

Hey everybody,

I'm hoping you can help me. Does anyone know if it is possible to incubate
brain sections in a secondary antibody after they have been mistakenly
incubated in tertiary avidin-biotin complex overnight.

L.Garrett
