Cursed be all those pathologists!  I'm having the same problem with mine.
So far I haven't had any luck getting the right kind of staining(my nuclei
turn green).  If anyone could pleaaaaasssseeee forward me a copy of a good,
proven, often immitated but never duplicated, the kind of procedure to take
home to meet mother,  I will be forever grateful.
