Why not store one or two sections in the light for comparison at a later date to satisfy your curiosity? It might prove enlightening!

This is what we would call a "Man in a pub told me" I have no axcess to the person, a histologist of some merrit though, so I can not substanitate or back up the reasoning behind the claim and for that I am sorry. I will on the other hand ask if I get the chance, and I will get back to you. Also my Control slides are in a draw now and I am still none the wizer.
