RE: OIL RED O HELP
If your tissue has been processed using alcohols or zylenes the fat will
probably not survived. Unless you fixed/postfixed your tissues in Osmium
Tetroxide before processing. This method is not commonly used becaus of the
extreme hazards involved of course.
