Melanie,
I use CD31 (PECAM-1) antibody from BD Pharmingen, cat # 550274. This is a
rat anti-mouse monoclonal for platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecules,
and I have used it successfully on FFPE mouse tissue. If you would like the
specific protocol let me know and I will email you the Excel file.
