Beverly, If you are having trouble it may be the antibody, not your methods,
because LH is generally very reliable and easy to use. So first of all, have
the other lab prove to you that it works, and get their methodology. If you
can't get that info, get a commercial antibody and compare results.

Hi! I'm looking for a starting point for staining IHC in bovine/cow for
Luteinizing Hormone Receptor. I've tried a couple of runs and have had no
success. This is an Ab which was made in a private lab, so technical
advice is not available. Any suggestions from the panel of histonet
