Immuno-bed kit
Hi, Joe,
You stated:
"The tissue center shows incomplete polymerization even though we extended
the polymerization times up to twice the maximum recommended and the resin
itself is brittle. Polymerization of blank blocks at room temperature
worked fine and were easily sectioned. Does anyone have any experiences
using the immuno-bed and can shed some light on this problem?"
Well...it really is a small world. I was having drinks and dinner
with a friend yesterday who told me that he had been having problems with
his Immuno-bed kit and that Pam Marcum (Technical rep) had him trying some
new stuff (apparently several people have been experiencing
difficulties). Since the drinks were really good...I don't remember
everything he said...but I bet you could call Pam at the company and
discuss this with her.
Best Wishes,
Linda
