I would appreciate help with setting a fee schedule for use of an Image Analysis System.  
The system is located in a University Health Science Center and can input images from a microscope, stereomicroscope and Polaroid Sprint scanner.  The system has both Optimas and Image Pro Plus software.=20
I am interested in knowing what other Image Analysis facilities charge 
 
Are these charges on an hourly basis or are they charged by project?
Do you have different scales for those requiring instruction on the system?
Do you have different charges if the image analysis is carried out completely by staff at the image analysis facility? 
Do you have different charges if investigators are already trained in image analysis and working independently. 
Do you have a maintenance contract on your image analysis system?
Do your costs include personnel costs?
