Interesting to read of the disclosure methods. I recently did some on mouse
tissue and compared citric  and TRIS M'waving with my std method. Altho' I
got positivity with M/W I got a much better positive count with my std
method. ie HCL and enzyme digestion. Hydrolysis alone was , like M'waving,
not good enough. On mouse tissue I can't better it, how much I try. Same
with human tissue. I haven't used the sodium citrate, as opposed to citric
acid. Perhaps this is as good as the HCL-enzyme retrieval method??I will try
