Hello fellow HistoNetters!

  I am going to be doing some AP and Trap IHC(paraffin embedded)
staining on mouse femurs. I was wondering if anyone could point me in
the direction of some published protocols. And also, if anyone could
recommend a company(DAKO etc.) I could purchase these Ab's from would be
great.
