HELLLPPPPP!!

I just ran my first fluorescent run on formalin-fixed paraffin slides.  Every RBC lit up, and my negatives were horrific!!  Can anyone help?  I ran them just like any old IHC....goat block, polyclonal primaries and goat anti-rabbit(highly cross adsorbed) Alexa Fluor 647.  We are testing a piece of equipment on Friday....whimper....can anyone give advice?!
