I need antibodies to Somatostatin and GM-CSF (granulocyte macrophage colony
stimulating factor), which work in frozen mouse tissue. Any suggestions
will be appreciated.
Also I would like to thank everyone who gave me input into my Tunnel assay
question, especially whoever it was that recommended the Roche (1 684 795)
In situ death detection kit to me.For the numerous collegues who asked for
an update if I got it to work.........Not only was it easy to use, I am now
confident enough in the repeated experiments to recommend it to others
doing apoptotic studies in paraffin embedded mouse tissues, (we looked at
bone marrow in whole leg samples). It needed a little tweaking but the
obvious difference between the experimental and control groups is a no
brainer to quantitate. good luck
