A BIG thank you to all of you that replied to my email on Efficiency of 
Time.  All of the ideas were so helpful.  We will try a few things before we 
make the change official.

First,we are going to try having the 2nd and 3rd tech's both arrive at 6:00 
AM and see if this makes a difference.  If not, we'll try one of the other 
ideas.
