This is true. I know a lady in AZ who was histopath trained in the UK, even with a
higher degree and several years of experience she did not qualify to sit for the
HT/HTL exam when she came to the US. Something is wrong here when US trainees are
not even required to have a Biomedical Science degree to take the exam.
