Does anyone know of a CD31 antibody that will cross react with human tumors in
mice?? I tried DAKO's CD31 which I thought would work because these are human
tumors. The human tonsil control was great but the human tumors in mice were
all negative. Any help is much appreciated.
Bob, if you are looking at human xenografts in mouse tissue and
studying the vascular response then you will need an antibody to
the host tissue, i.e. mouse. The one that I found worked well in this
situation was CD 31, clone MEC 13.3 produced in rat, from
PharMingen.
