PharMingen cat #01951A will work with 4% paraformaldehyde fixation and/or acetone fixed frozen sections. We are staining matragel samples with human tumor cells. Good Luck.

Does anyone know of a CD31 antibody that will cross react with human tumors in 
mice??  I tried DAKO's CD31 which I thought would work because these are human 
tumors.  The human tonsil control was great but the human tumors in mice were 
all negative.  Any help is much appreciated.
