Yes Sir, I did.  Is it customary for new 3% Saffron reagent or any for that
matter to leave sediments at the bottom of the solution.

Also, to fellow histonetters: The 3% Saffron solution, I used in the MOVAT
stain was pretty light.  In fact the overall stain was light.  Any
suggestions?  Also, Do you know if the differentiation step with the
Alkaline Alcohol should be less than two minutes or between 2-3 mins as
stated according to Carson.  Any procedure modification or suggestions?
