RE: negotiate wages

With 2 years experience, including on the job
training, I'm making $15.95/hr.  I became certified as
an HTL earlier this year, but only do routine
histology in my current job.  As for cost of living,
my husband and I pay $845 per month for a one bedroom
apartment in downtown Seattle.
