RE: Bacterial pellet controls
Cindy, we mince up normal tissue (lung, liver, kidney) and then mince in the
bacterial cells. Thent he whole thing is wrapped in lens paper and goes in a
block. This gives you a control with normal tissue for a background check
and the bacteria coat the edges of the tissue.

Dear Histonetters,
Does anyone have a method of processing and embedded a small pellet of
bacteria. I am working on a research project and I need the bacteria for
a positive control. Thanks to all in advance.
