The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston has an open Histology
Technician II position. This is a routine bench position in the Histology
laboratory. The lab is open Monday-Friday with weekend on call which is
rotated. The lab is well equipped with a two special stain instruments, new
tissue processors, microtomes, and both glass and tape coverslippers.
The salary is currently at market and benefits at UTMB are quite good.
