Alzheimer Stains

We currently use 2 methods of staining. 1 for plaques and 1 for tangles. they're modified bielschowski silver stains. I work in an Alzheimer's research lab and these stains are reproducable repeatly,since these are the bread and butter of the lab. The other stains we do are the amyloid 10D5 for plaques and PHF for tangles. The Gallyas is a great stain for amyloid and tangles. I hope this help
