maybe it depends on how it's being trimmed to go deeper into the block?
sometimes when i trim a big gi and i trim a chunk, i notice i tear the
tissue. i would fine trim to cut away the tear. for biopsies though, i
just fine trim it and depending on how it cuts, i'd put it back on ice.
do you put the block back on ice in between trimming to go to the next
level? sometimes the spray doesn't help. it's time consuming but it's
worth it. good luck.
