I have used Ventana, Biogenex, and DAKO immuno stainers.  DAKO by far is the 
best stainer.  It is a completely open system, and you can use any reagents you 
would like.  Although, I recommend DAKO EnVision+ detection system.  DAKO tech 
service and service reps are excellent as well.
