RE: wet tissue storage

When I worked at the National Naval Medical Center, we used heavy plastic bags sealed with a heat sealer.  Here we use the original specimen container (we don't keep them long).

this question  is mostly directed to anyone in reasurch, but any one with information is welcome to answer.

does any one use any other type of container for wet tissue storage besides specimin containers. and how well does it seal( does it leak at all? and what type of fixative do you sugest to store it in, besides 10% nutral buffered formalin. any responce would be great!!
