Subject: proliferation assays
Those interested in the issue of BrdU labeling for proliferating cells will
find this paper very informative. One quote: "...neither single nor
repeated daily injections of BUdR accurately measure 'proliferation'."
Accurate measurement of proliferation variables is apparently far from
trivial.
